Sologamous at Untied Shoelaces

Today's story is "Sologamous," which is up over at Untied Shoelaces of the Mind. You can read it by clicking on this link. Untied Shoelaces also has story ranking, so I'd appreciate if you could give me a positive vote.

"Sologamous" is about a man with an unusual marriage request: he wants to marry himself.

Untied Shoelaces of the Mind is a new market for prose. They look for Fantasy, Sci Fi and humor as well as mainstream fiction and non-fiction. They're a semi-pro paying venue, so I recommend my fellow writers check them out.

You can read John Wiswell's "Sologamous" by clicking on this highlighted text.

Finally, a loophole in insurance we could actually use.

  8. Actually, wouldn't it make more sense to just get one breast implant?

  9. Danielle, what a first comment to receive. That was a wonderful first thing to read in the morning. Heartening to read everyone's favorite lines, and Anthony's comparison to Twain over on the Shoelaces site was too flattering.

Tony, maybe one implant for each of them? A matching set of His and His?

  14. That was a LOAD of fun John! I too liked the "photocopied" line best, and I agree - this does remind me of Twain, who I absolutely love.

Your titles always astound me. I think you should throw some out on the storystarters hashtag for us.

    Bravo!
P.S. Thanks for pointing us to a possibly paying venue!
